  • This is so fucking bad

  • what is the point of hating

  • didin't liked looping ;/

  • How many $ turn tables

  • You really are horrible at this

  • wtf? :D.... really bad mix :D

  • Le meilleur système de mixage sur le marché dans la gamme des contrôleurs usb à mon goût !!!!

  • ahahahhhhhhhah

  • lol this is so shit. good music though

  • pretty bad mixes...at least use the autosync button dude..or keep practicing..your getting there..but not quite got it yet

  • Well, the mix is'n good, but it´s not "Horrible", with alot of pratice, you will be a great dj and do great mixes with your Xponent =)

    Thanks for the upload :D

  • If I used Torq on a MAc or PC with the Xponent and plugged in a Mic into the computer, would everyone still hear it?

  • @DJShortgino No, because the Xponent has a built in sound card....Only way to do this is to plug the xponent into the back of a mixer....then plug the mic into the mixer.

  • Hey man, I have the same turntable as you. How do you make the tables light up and down with the beat?

  • @shlacksproduction there is an option in the software that lets you turn it on or off...

  • I have the best question of ALL!!! do you actually think you do a good job at DJing? your mixes are HORRIBLE...practice some more before you put a video up.

  • @PattenGroup You have no subscribers, you have a video of some kid eating food.....hmmm....this is the part where I click block...and poof your gone.....

  • whats the song used from the beginning and at 0:43? are these beats/sounds from the torq software?

  • great video!!!!

-would this work with virtual DJ?

-how do u plug this up to speakers?

  • can you save a loop to a cue point like you can on a pioneer cdj?

  • torq is awesome, and whoever talks shit about the xponent it's because you never had it or didn't know shit about dj-ing this is one of the best f* controllers in the market, i wish it only had a mic... but other than that is awesome

  • wow... lol you sure called it on the terrible fade

  • OMG, I just picked up my M-Audio Xponent. It comes with everything you need, except a laptop and MP3s. This thing is bad ass. I was beat matching and mashing up songs in about ten minutes. So friggin easy! Love it.

  • I have a few questions, First does it come with all the cables so all you need to do is plug it into the computer and plug your audio cables into speakers or no? Second, if it doesn't come with all the cables that are required to get audio etc. what cables would I need to get everything running right? Do you need a midi cable or does it come with one? Can you list the cables you have as well?

  • it comes with a USB cable that you plug into your computer. It sends MIDI signals to your laptop or computer to control your software.

  • I know this sounds like a dumb question but since I've not seen the back of the Xponent it's reasonable for me to ask :P does it have a "Record" section on the back like the Hercules MK2? This way I can use my RCA to 1/8in cable to go into my mic on the laptop. also how are the buttons. Are they squishy like the herc or clicky like a CDJ 200 lol

  • no record section,squishy buttons

  • one question. how responsive is this system in comparison to the CDJ's and the like?

  • Its a MIDI controller so its very responsive......settings can be tweaked as well if they don't meet your likings.

  • could you give us a track list

  • BEEP BEEP - KRAFFT

    RAZOR BLADE - COBURN

    WHITE LINES - BIONIK PHUNK

ONE- PETER LUTS & Barbara Tucker

  • Thank you!

  • totally gotta get me one of these !!!!

  • just bought one today, dont see much out of it...

  • Are you kidding? You obviously must not know what you're doing then.

  • No am not kiddin... Have you used other systems like allen & heath??? I think I know wat am talking about...

  • HELP!!!!!!! anyone???

i just got my xponent the other day and i'm still trying to figure it out... does anyone know if there is a "Load Song" button? i hate the fact that you have to drag and drop every song you select...!

or maybe there is a way to program/learn a button to do this...?? wachu think? ;? anyone?

  • You just hit F1 for deck one and F2 for deck 2 after you select a song and it will load it up if you havn't figured that out yet.

  • Nice!!!!

  • How Did you connect the microphone to the xponent

  • i connected it to the mixer. Then sent the audio out to the camera.

  • at first i thought the voice was integrated with the music lol, how did you make your voice like that?

  • check out my other video that shows the lexicon mx400. I just picked a certain effect, don't remember which one...and ran 2 seperate signals via xlr into my camera. I also used to camers to shoot this video, so one day im going to re-post this video with the other video showing the laptop screen as well.

  • Yes, you can use headphones to preview the track your about to play. There is a cue button that lets you switch between the 2.

The pitch sliders move up and down just like a regular turntable would change the pitch.

  • alright mate, good mix, nice fresh tunes :)

    just a couple of questions...

-can you plug a usb microphone into the laptop you use with an xponent and channel it through the speakers?

-are the beatmixing buttons at the top by the platters very effective compared to crossfaders?

    thanks man

    wazza x

  • If you are using a laptop with your Xponent you can run a USB mic directly into your laptop or an XLR mic with a 1/8th adapter. Set up your input within Torq to come from your computers built in sound card. This should only work using Torq in internal mixer mode.

the beatmixing buttons talk to the torq software which has an option to auto beat match, I don't use that often because you don't know what the sound is going to come out...especially if your auto beat matching2 songs slow to fast.

  • 粗糙...

  • q bosta... sambou feio...

puta equipamento e um super mané rsrs

  • What is the name of the first track, the first 6 Seconds?

  • razorblade

  • wow...im definitely investing the 450$ to start dj'ing full time. A apple powerbook g4 and this mixer should do just fine! thanks for the fucking great demonstration

  • i bought myself a torq and upgrade the software to 1.07. i realised there isnt a mic input on the midi controller.

how did u do voice over in this video?

  • I plugged my mixer into my video camera.

  • HAHAHA

the voice over is just amazing.

and that "oh yeah" after 1:25 is just funny. that sounded extremely... porno. hahaha!

im gunna get this piece of machine soon. OH YEAH!

  • yea, its a lots of fun...

  • how do you get the lights flashing to the beat

  • there is an option in the torq software to tunr off and on.

  • hey do you know if you can use the torq as a mixer with the pioner cdj200??

  • not sure, but if the pioneercdj200 can talk midi, then the torq software can be programmed to listen to the MIDI commands from the pioneer. Otherwise you could do it with a box that goes in between the cdj200 and the TORQ software. Torq has a solution for this.

  • You can but you need to buy connectiv.

  • Hey mate,

whats the name of the track that is playing at the 4:00 minute mark???

  • Peter Luts & Barbara Tucker - ONE

  • i like how the controlls light to the beat. when you mix you get the visual and audio representation of the beat.

  • yes, nice little feature..you can turn it off or on inside of torq software.

  • thats one of the few features i dont like. looks very toyish and not professional.

  • I agree, however your dance floor does not have a clue what it is or care about what it looks like, as long as it does what you need it to do...

  • right, i own a xponent too ;-)

  • Amen Buddy !!!!
