  • im 17 i way just over 9 stone im not fat at all but i still dont have a 6 pack ive been doing crunches for quite some time now but nothings happening grrrrr. it sees this is for fat people only :(

  • If you're in the military you're probably getting in and of cardio as it is. If you have access to resistance bands or free weights I would include a workout 3 to 4 times per week.

    Because of the type of training you're doing in the military -- you cannot cut back on carbohydrates as much.

  • U take a pre workout drink...before you weight training for resistance training NOT before you do cardio. The best results from cardio are to do it on an empty stomach. Some people drink a cup of coffee before they do cardio because coffee in itself increases the metabolic effect.

  • I am already skinny enough as it is. Idk if I can afford to lose any more body fat (6 foot 150 lbs 16 years old). I have my own workout routine I do for golf 3 times a week minimum. I have been going for about 4/1/2 months and I have lost 10 lbs since then. I could use tips on how to tone better. I dont need to lose any more bodyfat. Is this the wrong program then? (I may just keep doing my workout and see where that takes me).

  • hi, i have one question , is it posible to do cardio for 40 minutes or more!!! without interval training, so i just keep the pulse around 140?

    i hate interval training and i cant go max with cardio intervals.

  • Ive been doing this for 2 weeks now and I am loosing weight. I cant eat all that protein but I eat 250 grams of protein,however controlling CARBS IS THE KEY.And you dont have to eat the whole 400grams of carbs on the weekend try 300. Work out and cardio and you will be happy. I have always been bulky I want to lean out and this really works.The first week is the hardest. Any questions on my progress please feel free to ask....

  • I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and I lost 3 pounds.I say you can eat any meat however watch your carbs very close. The first week is the hardest but after that it gets much easyer. I cant eat 400 grams of protein so I just consistantly eat between 220-250. If you want to know you food options as far as a start up on what to eat just reply and I'll tell you what I have eaten so far.

  • If you're a man you must get your body fat level to at least 8%percent bf , if your woman your body fat must be below 12%. So to answer your question depends on how quickly you can get your body fat reduced.

    1 pound is equal 3500 calories.
