@mrcalmac27 I would think OTSRs would be less fun since getting thrown around with them normally means your shoulders and/or head get knocked around whereas with a lap bar there's nothing to get slammed into.

@hellashes I have a feeling that you would slam into the person sitting next to you with just a lap bar. The OTSRs shown in this video were painful but they were replaced with soft shoulder straps which are actually pretty comfortable and quite cushioning.

i've already been on it 78 times and i like the first drop but the first hill has trim brakes which sucks if it had more air time hills it would almost be as good as the millenium force or bizzaro both combined i have 1400 ride on them both. still a good ride:)

they shouldnt have placed trims on the first drop.

i realise due to intamins failure of proper design, trims had to be placed on this coaster to slow it down through some of the transitions because of the burning out of the wheels etc.

but they killed that first drop and turn. its still awesome, but it used to be #1 drop in the world to me.......

trims should have been placed at the end of the second hill that goes under the first huge one.

i mean its still in my top 10 coasters, its really amazing. but i feel that it really couldve been one of those coasters thats NUMBER ONE.....

but i didnt feel that. just a bit of a dissapointment after hearing lots of people say it was better than millennium.......

I asked the same thing about Kingda Ka, and Top Thrill Dragster, but I just figured it was because I-305 has a curvy track with hills & quick turns that cause a lot more friction than the straight track that Kingda Ka & TTD have. I never thought of Millenium Force, hmm, maybe it's because Millenium Force is a pretty different type of coaster.

This looks as awesome as my baby Millennium Force! If this ride is as good or better then it will be a first when another park owned by Cedar Fair competes with itself!!! Plus King's Dominion is nearly four hours closer so it makes for a easier trip to get there! I CAN'T WAIT TO RIDE THIS BABY!!!!!!!!!!
