  • These are specific details that are crucial to finishing and completely understanding the triangle choke. No so much a set up but an advanced overview on the position and how to trap your opponent so that they can not escape of defend ....

  • @NewBreedAcademy i noticed when u made the triangle tighter you grab ur foot instead of ur shin, i thought u could break ur foot if u grabbed it?
