OMG! You are the first person I found to put corn meal in their Chili besides ME! I mix it with a little water until it becomes a paste, then I add it into the chili and let it simmer on low for about an hour, and it gives it great flavor and thickens it up. hahaha, dude said "splash". he was almost flamin' out there. hahaha. not into the muscle guts but if the guy trimmed up a little, it's an easy "shazaam!" but i really recommend not flittering around your fingers like that when you say "cloves". stay butch :)
