Best to ask the keeper first! He was there when I did it. Also observe safety rules and have insurance.

Great vid would you recommend that plane for learning as am after an electric for self teaching.

Probably not a good plane to self teach on as it will break fairly easy if you crash. Better to get a multiplex easystar which will bounce. Alternatively join a club, they will teach you to fly on a trainer!

Quite a few do it but I have not. Use a camera with a 2.4GHz downlink and use videospecs to view the footage. Theoretically you could fly out of sight.

Superb video & your flying is extremely accurate round the lighthouse. I've been trying to take aerial footage with my flycamone2 with less success. Static tests are fine. But the video can break up & lose colour when on board the plane. Have you had any problems?

Sounds like vibration problems. Are you flying an IC plane? This one is electric. Even then it shouldnt break up, so maybe the camera is faulty. Acme have a forum at flycam dot com, and the makers seem to monitor it. Maybe you could post something there? This camera is so much better than the first version, but with that one I didnt get problems either, even on an IC plane.
