1. actually he is openly gay check ur sources. he's recorded to be in a serious relationship (w/ a man) and is planned on being married
b. the gay community is not small u should no ur from california (theres a lot there ive been)
and III. i only agree on the judicial responsibility the activism....i have no idea where that came from...i only personally did the last little part.
@darthrubberchicken I think that in your blurb at the end, using the word "biased" makes it obvious you have a side and undermines the supposed even handedness you thought you were conveying.
In you answer to beegbolt you jump from 1 to b to III, making it very clear youare not very focused.
A simple look at your channel reveals you are catholic, so I posit to you that while you made an attempt to show both sides, you allowed you own bias to come into it.
@moopism i understand your points but the 1, b, III is a joke from doctor who
also I'd consider my self more of a deist with some catholic beliefs swirled in. I do understand that yes it was even but also 3 different people were in this video so the ideas could never be truly singular no matter how hard you try.

@darthrubberchicken Not a joke I'm an insider to. I removed the comment in order to rewrite, as you can't edit once it's up.
My point to you about the evenness was that the two sides offering their views are permitted to be partisan, it's their fight. But all questioners, or commentators, IF they are to be truly neutral MUST refrain from using phrases like you did in the word "biased" that obviously lead towards a conclusion of thought. Neutrality doesn't posit opinions on the parties. See?
Two main points here... 1. Judge Walker is NOT "openly" gay. 2. The legal challenge here is that prop 8 should have not taken place, as we, people, cannot vote on a small groups fundamental rights. This was judicial responsibility per the US constitution, not "activism".
(gonna write short hand here) ummm

Not a very good effort.

@moopism i see i was just saying that it's almost impossible to be truly even or remotely unswayed on either side of the argument
and that joke was from tennant i wanna say on an in-between episode of rose and martha....i dont think it was the titanic though

@darthrubberchicken I agree it's difficult to remain unswayed, but neutrality in the role of the moderator is paramount.
