  • Thank you for this!

  • wow!

  • I don't know why Native Americans can't live in lands like this still, it wouldn't be right I know with modern day society and all but I think we should put the white men on reservations with very little and see how they like it.

We invaded their land and ruined it.

  • @ImReniXx

"We invaded their land and ruined it."

And how should history have gone according to you? Should the Chinese or Ottomans have settled North America instead? Do you know how racist it is to say "we should put white men on reservations"? White can be English, Polish, Russian, Italian, Scottish, Norwegian, German, etc., and most white Americans are a mix of backgrounds anyway. A land is not ruined when it is a special home for over 300 million people. Think before you speak next time.

  • @bw01a

You known exactly what I mean by white men, racist? Have you seen what we did to them..

According to me none of this should have happened, we could have quite easily left them alone to their own country in peace but no everyone is so fucking greedy.

And what bugs me is that after years of killing them, the last 'wild' Native American to be found (Ishi) was treated like royalty or atleast completely different to how they had been the last 100/200 years.

  • @bw01a Italians are not white, what are you talking about only people in Nortern Europe are white, Italians are Brown-skinned Mediterraneans, and second of all it's the soundtrack to lost of the mohicans stop having these racial debates and shit on a beautiful soundtrack to movie.

  • @Amir8600

...says the person having a racial debate on the soundtrack to a movie...

All my Italian friends consider themselves "white", so I hope you are half-kidding or something with your comment.

  • @Amir8600

    Italians are not white?

LOL, what a sorry Nordic supremacist. Go learn something you piece of WHITE trash - here's my advice, coming from a "brown" (?) Southern European.

  • @bulletofdarkness I'm not nordic, I am mexican and italian and my skin is dark brown and I look native american, so you compared to me you look white, I said Italians are not white because they weren't treated as such and don't look it when they came to america- so your calling (me an indegineos american and medeterranean american with dark skin) someone who you think is white trash and a supremacist, you're a huge dumbass. I was just sticking up for my own people, mistreated by you evil whites

  • @Amir8600 Evil has no colour..How do you call someone you don't know evil...I am white and proud of my celtic origins..read your history and you'll see I'm right .....Evil has no colour..My forfathers came to this country after the land they lived on was taken over,They were forced to speak another language.their houses were burned and the women were raped ,shamed...the so called controllers of the land hung the heads of our people on london bridge..those days are past..move on ..make it better.

  • @Angus01ful AMEN!

  • @Amir8600 what kind of bullshit is that?? italians are also white. their are different white colors for human skills like black people. some negro's are darker then the other but still both black. almost entire europe with half of russia is white. when ur mothers goes to holiday in afrika and has a suntanned skin she is probably darker then an italien. so plz. i see them as my brothers as well as the nothern people.

  • @HCbrutusHC what the hell are you talkin about fool, I'm mexican. and what the hell did you mean about my mother. my skin is brown, dumbass

  • @Amir8600 In Italy, as in most other nations, there are many races. When you generalize saying Italians are brown-skinned... you simply do not know what you are talking about. My direct ancestors were from Italy, not northern Italy, and they couldn't be more white. They were almost white-transparent that you could see all their veins through their skin, and you say they are brown-skinned? Man!, you don't know what you are talking about. I have met hundreds of very white Italians. Open your eyes.

  • @Carlusha919 brown is beautiful, brown is perfect, everyone wants to be brown - why do so many people sunbathe?

  • @Thesaeed23 I agree. Nobody said differently.

I'm just saying that generalizations from @Amir8600 are wrong.

  • @ImReniXx

Considering how the rest of the world, regardless of race, has managed their natural resourses and general environment its highly probable that north america's wild lands would have met the same fate under Native American (or whoever would have taken it from them) control as it has under the white mans control. It is very sad. I dont personaly agree with taking from other people but if you look back on world history you will find that is primarily how the ownership of land changes.

  • brilliant!

  • Magnificent.

  • There's a re-enactment that I attend every year called Kohkohmah-Foster living history event. There's a wandering fiddle player that attends, and every time, this past weekend, he came to our village, he would enter playing The Gael or main theme from this soundtrack. The first time he played it, one of our men requested he play the song as we walked from the village to display the militaries morning colors. I had goose bumps.

  • très belle musique et de beaux paysages, merci

  • When I was younger I used to listen to a certain Sound Track that my mom had. She told me that I would always listen to it, and I loves it. I've forgotten completely why... and now listening to the music from that sound track, I was a fool to have forgotten at all. The Last of the Mohicans is a soundtrack with such beautiful music... it's very sad that you rarely hear music like this anymore. It's absolutely beautiful, and it brings tears to my eyes. Anyone disliking this must be def.

  • Wow wow woooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwww, it,s really make to cry,i love it.

  • Genial...jedesmal bekomme ich eine Gänsehaut.

  • “I am on the hill-top, and must go down into the valley; and when Uncas follows in my footsteps, there will no longer be any of the blood of the Sagamores, for my boy is the last of the Mohicans.”

  • mother earth we respected,we use everything mother earth gave to us,until time came we believe that expecialy went we passed on we will reborn again the spirts will follow, this is hell dieing is freedom heaven for those that believe i respect everyone opinion exp my's

  • beautifull, ... just beautifull .

  • I hope ang i pray that the Americans and other western countries will change their policies in a small country like us. They cut our trees and flatten the mountains to get the minerals. Hope they will get the values and respect of American Indians to natural resources.

  • @batangueno14

the majority of whites are to ignorint to even notice that kind of stuff dude , rape the world of its resources , drain the planet of its blood to produce bullshit to make money , they invade america and call the red skinned natives savages even thow the white heartless bastards slaughterd raped and pillaged the natives , i am white , but the biggest problem with the world is because of whites fucking greed , dont care about anything that cant talk like air trees water animals

  • This music is best, i like this. Beautiful.

  • Lush scenery!!!! And lush music!!!! x

  • The picture at 1:36 is my favorite. So vast, blue sky, the shadows of the clouds. The way the log is reflected in the water, and it is so still and clear, you can see the bottom. Reminds me of all the beautiful backpacking trips I've taken. Sigh... We have the most beautiful country of earth, but we had a dark past. But we must never forget that that was then, and this is now. Now, we are all free, at last.

  • Eu simplesmente amei o vídeo; o som, as imagens,,, simplesmente nos transportam a um paraíso onde os valentes guerreiros comungavam perfeitamente com as coisas do céu e da terra, fazendo de si, o todo, e vice-versa.

    Josefa.

  • Now you know how the Indians felt as their country was taken away, just as the US is taken from us today by the Globalists.

  • Exactly. But you now feel as this land have been always yours, and you are so patriotic. Your parents stole this land from people than really love and was taking care of it.

    I'm not an indian.

  • Beautiful vid my friend!

When our friends stood in front of those magnificient mountains and lakes, they reminded us to preserve the sacred. We celebrate their lives in this special time.

  • beautiful views and beautiful music. *-*

  • Months after I saw this movie in the theaters, I went to live with my dad for the summer in West Virginia. One day we went canoeing on a river and at some point we heard music. It was someone somewhere playing this theme on a trumpet. The scenery in this video was similar to that day. It was the most profound musical moment in my life. Me, my dad, nature, and this music provided the background.

  • Long live the all the Natives Tribes of the Americas. After 500 years we are still here.

  • @Tohil9 and more to come brother

  • This is my favorite video on Youtube. I can't even begin to describe what I feel inside when I watch and listen to this.

  • I live near the Rockies where the country has similar scenery - beautiful mountains, vast forests, and much wildlife...

  • I know I've never seen this movie before, but I swear I've heard this same theme in another movie. Does anyone know what it might be?

  • karan arjun - if you see hindi movies

  • Turns out I can't use the song. This blows.

  • hey anyone know the name of this song? thank you in advance :D

  • Amfor7, The song has multiple names and incarnations. Since it is the main theme for the movie The Last of the Mohicans it is heard throughout the film's sound track in songs like Promenade, The Elk Hunt, and so on. This particular version is from a song on the soundtrack called The Kiss. Way before the film however this melody was written by Scottish people to be played on the bagpipes. They call the melody The Gael which means The Scotsman. Hope that helps. :)

  • wow. it certainly does help :D. thanks a lot. ;) i guess u r a true fan of this movie heheh

  • Schöne Bilder-Super Musik!Einfach Grandios!Gänsehaut pur!5*****

  • This music gives me such a strong feeling of freedom, so breathtaking!

  • True on that one!

  • were not "Indians" please were native's :)

  • By accident i got on a site that had this beautiful piece of music. It was by an American Indian music group. While this is beautiful their version almost brought me to tears. Their is a sad poignancy to how they performed this particular piece. It just seemed their right to almost make this music their own. I have heard this piece many times but not as well done as by this group called Inogennes.

  • What was the name of the site? I'd like to check it out!

  • Soundtrack legend!

  • Exhilarating...
