@joejonas0mylove i wish i had a pattern to tell! honestly, i just kind of follow what Taylor Swift does in her version and what feels right, good luck! also, if you wanted the chords or to know how to do a hammer-on, check the other comments :)
Hey (: You did a wonderful job covering it! Deff thumbs up :D the guitar sounds absolutley wonderful! I was wondering if you could tell me the chords, strumming pattern, & where to put my capo! Please let me know ASAP! Thanks so much :)
@KourtneyandKelsey thank you for the compliments :D and sure thing! the chords are basically just G, Em, C, and D in a few different combinations. if you watch the video and play along, you'll get the rhythm.
Capo: 6
Intro: G, C, Em, D
Verse: G, C, D,C
Pre-chorus: Em, G, D (first part), Em, G, C (second part), Em, C, G, C, D (third part)
Chorus: G, Em, C, D
After Choruses: G with hammer-ons on the fifth string, but you could probably just play the intro again
@IcedCupcakes thank you! <3 and basically, you just pluck the individual string while lifting your finger up and then putting your finger down again (you only pluck once for each hammer-on). you would do it on the A string (5th from high E or 2nd from low E). thank you for watching :) even though this video is sooo old haha. I hope this helped!
@KourtneyandKelsey I had to split it up because of the character limit, hah. But as far as the strumming pattern goes, I just kinda listen to the song and make it up by ear, I've never really been good at reading something like "down down down up up down" and following it, you know? So I think your best bet is to just listen to the song and wing it :) Thanks for watching, and I hope this helped!
You are so talented! I subbed :D
