At the studio we had very tight deadlines for each project. The biggest one was a little more than 1 month. But in the most cases only some weeks or even days.

Ouch! That must of been a pain to do at times. I had a teacher who had to do a couple of high quality animations for the Powerpuff Girls DVD in 3 month, which was a couple of interviews of the Powerpuff Girls.

Pretty good I work with Animation Master and it's really hard to animate, hard but fun, however a lot can go wrong like bones detaching, gridlocks, and that kind of stuff. lol great job however.
