You mean BlackBurn? The only reason why he fell was beacuse an RPG was on them, but I have seen SDU in traning falling off, not really funny at first but when they keep doing it, just gets to the point its a little hillerous.

Probably will come back when they're finished. In the event of a real deployment they don't want to have the helicopter stay there where it could be seen and alert the enemies to the presence of the SDU or even worse stay where it could be shot down by a RPG
Plus. timing would be something they accounted for. They might plan the assault at night where the heli is less visible, and they would use multiple teams and approaches (boat, divers, etc)

In the real event, he actually didnt fall off because of the RPG, he fell because he was not actually very well trained and fell by himself.
