  • Don't call poisons plants low lives!!

  • Great book. Just wondering why Heracleum mantegazzianum (Giant hogweed) was not included in the book. It is common and very interesting: it was spread across continents by naive gardeners as a decorative plant, giant height, dangerous to touch - causes severe skin burns (phytophotodermatitis) and even permanent blindness, invasive and it is hard to kill once settled. It likes to occupy riverbanks where it wipes out the original vegetation. It is illegal to move it across state lines. Not enough?

  • Great! Thanks for having this video posted.

  • Im a little confused as there are two versions of this book "The A-Z of plants that kill, maim, intoxicate and otherwise offend' and theres also 'The weed that killed Lincolns mother and other botanical atrocities' is this the same book with different names or two seperate books?
