  • burial and thom yorke both have that ability to make me think of a bleak despotic future.

  • Who fucking cres what it is? It's peng. And does anyone know the track at the end?

  • I remember when people were getting into dubstep and everyone called it great. Then people started calling more and more and more stuff dubstep.

Now everyone's confused as to what dubstep is, it's hilarious.

But um, this doesn't sound anything like everything else I've heard called dubstep.

  • Who gives a fluff what the genre is! If you like it, you like it. It all comes under the term "music".

  • stop calling this dubstep stop

  • @variatings why does it matter what people call it? just enjoy the song. and burial is dubstep btw, so yeah...

  • and if you haven't listened to "ego" yet, please do!!

  • if Thom Yorke turned his head slightly and wore a beanie hat.... Hed look a lot like Burial

  • love the burialy drums!

  • So FUCKING good.

  • Gotta love Rinse FM!

  • Lovin this track now and over the course of the last year or so but time seems irrelevant to appreciation. I reckon if I get to live for another twenty or so I'll still be lovin this track. Strange to think it but - it's true.

  • Good this yo.

  • the dubstep wagon? This isn't dubstep are you crazy?

  • @AbbiLibertineBradley most would argue that point.. burial made it more mainstream then people like the SHM really mucked it up and has made it so lame And harsh... please listen to some garage, two-step and downtempo from the mid 90's - about 2006 and you'll have a better understanding.

  • @CosmicClimbing some examples would help push the point.. can you give us some pls..

  • sure! you need to check out armand van helden for example.. his live @ homelands is a good example of two step garage music.. then go back even further and check out roots manuva "witness dub".. mix them up, add ambient esoteric sounds (such as aphex twin) and boom you have dub-step... add some sweedish house mafia (corporatism) and you get - dick-step! j/k you get dub-step and it's a whole different level than the stuff most people think dubstep is imho.

  • @CosmicClimbing this is a very poor description of dubstep.

  • Thom Yorke Somehow freaks me out here.

  • Perfect music for thinking to.

  • there is a song in this song, which one is that? i heard it before

  • @AcidicKiddo i dont think we will ever know

  • Not only is this a great track, but the suggestions on the side are amazing: Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin, and Caribou?!

  • F N BEAUT!!!!!!!

  • is it moving?

  • Insane.

  • Burial = God

  • sounds like too many peoples perspectives or nachos with not enough cheeze

  • Bunch of geniuses. Also love deep sounds from Portishead, Bjork, Massive Attack, Appleblim,Ghost Poet, Tricky, Allflaws

  • Fuck off DJ. Ruin the vibe why don't you. Serious space invasion. Fix up.

  • @kurumanify ERM that's actually four tet (Kieran Hebden) on rinse fm debuting this track. so don't tell him to fuck off. i think you need to fix up your attitude. and who says fix up anyway; are you dizzee rascal? it would explain a lot.

  • @AlexjfMorley1 LOOK JUST LEAVE DIZZEE ALONE OK?

  • @TimeForBold who are you? chris crocker lol

  • @Cashewiscool12 Good imaginative response dude

    p.s. not really

  • @AlexjfMorley1 I am a Jamaican man. Fix up is a commonly used phrase in Jamaican dialect. It is a wicked track but I hate when DJs talk on the end of a track. It ruins the vibe. When a track is affecting you deeply its like an invasion of your space. No offence meant to Four tet. Very talented man.

  • @kurumanify when you live in the digital age its pretty easy to rip things off the radio, DJs talk on the tracks so listeners cant have a clean audio tune that hasnt been released yet, more incentive to go buy it.

  • beautiful... whats the song at the end?

  • @princessboris J Da Flex & EL - B/ When I fall in love (dub mix)

  • @AntonHewitt22 thanks man!!

  • amazing, and the lyrics are wicked too..

  • this is the first time I am listening to this track on my new Sony stereo, after nice J. :-) and it is simply beautifull artwork.

  • this track is top draw, got so much respect for all three artists, especially burial, untrue is a great EP.

  • and what in the world there many ants in my desk????

  • @ddamasp HEY BRO I THINK YOU FORGOT TO POTATO.

  • i wanna punch the announcer in the face

  • @derZyklusII its four tet...

  • @jrexine234 kieran? really? find that hard to believe

  • thom torke voice is so awesome in a weird way

  • So, what's the next track?

  • Comment removed

  • that voice is of esthero´s girl... i don´t get this... mix.. ?

  • too many chefs spoil the cooking. (kidding: i like it. sorta ;-)

  • Why does Thom put on that weird voice at the end? From like 5:20 onwards.

  • @MrThomJKing, seriously? It's a sample, and a well placed one at that. Haven't you ever listened to instrumental hip-hop?

  • @starwarsguy9 No, it is him. He sings like that in All I Need - Radiohead, too. I don't get why he does it when it sounds so shit. What's instrumental hip-hop? How can you have hip-hop without the hipping and hopping?

  • @MrThomJKing You're trolling, right?

  • @G0neCampin Maaaaaybe.

  • @MrThomJKing the voice that starts at 5:23 is definitely a sample, the "voice" Thom "put on" at 5:20 is just vocal harmonizing, go take a music class of sorts or hang out with musicy people, you'll learn stuff.

  • @starwarsguy9 No, the sound at 5:20 is a beluga whale's mating call, and 5:23 onwards is Thom putting on a strange voice. I'm certain of it. That said, thank you very much for the advice.

  • @MrThomJKing at 5:23? lmao that's the next song coming into the mix, not Thom Yorke xD

  • @MrThomJKing, that is definitely not Thom Yorke, it's a SAMPLE. Listen to hiphop, you'll understand, try Blockhead - Hell Camp or something, movie samples, it happens.

  • @starwarsguy9 Yeah, it's a sample of THOM YORKE from Radiohead - All I Need! (I was giving trolling a whirl but it gets boring pretty fast, so I'll stop now. I listen to a fair bit of hip-hop and I'm aware of what a sample is - Endtroducing is one of my favourite albums. I'm surprised you didn't realise I was dicking around.)

  • @MrThomJKing "the sound at 5:20 is a beluga whale's mating call"

"5:23 onwards is Thom putting on a strange voice."

"How can you have hip-hop without the hipping and the hopping?"

    LOLOL troll of the century.

  • They all need to form a sideproject...

  • Burial♥

  • This song REALLY comes to life at 5:20........what a way to end the track!!

  • i was listening to aphex twin then boards of canada then this and now i'm gonna listen to massive attack, paradise circus

  • @Cashewiscool12

check out the gui boratto remix of Paradise Circus btw., it's really good^^

  • buryorktet

  • i definitely hear a lot of burial and thom york in this but i dont really hear any four tet until the end :(

  • warra collaboration! music to my ears!

  • BURIAL

    FOUR TET

    THOM YORKE

    THEY'RE ALL KICKASS.

    THEY'RE ALL DIFFERENT

THEY DIDN'T RELEASE THIS SO YOU PEOPLE COULD MOAN AND BITCH ON "their behalf" SO STFU AND ENJOY ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND MELANCHOLY SONGS I'VE EVER LOVED WITH ALL MY HEART.

  • you boys are arguing about who's influencing whom, I only listen to the music and must say that it makes me wanna......rape somebody..that's really sexy music in here, much love Burial

  • Thom Yorke > burial

  • @TheRazecah burial is not influenced by thom yorke, he said he is influenced by guys like el b, so yeah. : s

  • whats the tune in the mix at the end?x

  • @FEEFDAWG it's EL-B-When i fall in love (vocal mix)

  • @LewisWimpenny cheers mate !

  • @FEEFDAWG No clue actually.

  • Radiohead are pioneers of dubstep

  • I'm not gonna lie... I'm sick of Thom Yorke. Johnny Greenwood's the musical mind behind Radiohead; he's doing scores for movies for shit's sake. Thom's just a pop idol. No dis son Burial though.

  • @anlcntrox you're an idiot, and there's is almost no point in arguing with people like you

  • @PMACfourtyone Except to make me sad :*(

  • @anlcntrox ur fucking idiot , i can bet that thom yorke is one of the main influences of burial

  • @TheRazecah I'll bet Burial's one of the main influences on your MOM!

  • @TheRazecah You're clearly the idiot. Thom Yorke is massively influenced by Burial. Don't come to a video like this dissing Burial when it's clear Thom is dipping his toes in Burial's genre.

  • @ThomComputer To be fair, Thom has been doing this for years..its not like he just jumped on the dubstep bandwagon. Yes, we get it...Burial is a genius and no one is taking anything away from him, but Thom has equally had his respective role in shaping EDM since the early 2000s without Burial. Four Tet is on another level as well. Stop whining about who influenced who, all 3 of them brought along their unique perspectives in creating a brilliant track.

  • @superzenith i'm only here because of thom! just responding to the clown dissing burial. there's no doubt about thom's genius or about his part in this song. but musically this is more like burial or even four tet than most stuff thom has written. which isn't a diss.but the vocals are the biggest bit of thom's contribution to this piece from my experience of these artists.

  • @superzenith ok ok sorry but here we listen music we don t give grammy

  • @ThomComputer lol, more than half the the elements burial use Thom had been using long beforce him. I think they've influenced eachother equally but they still do their own stuff.

  • @heettan no i don't agree with your first point! they're completely different in most of their music. .my original point was dissing an ass who said burial's main influence was thom which isn't right. but this track sounds more burial-ish than anythin thom has done before. love the track and wouldn't be here if it wasn't for thom!

  • Jesus Christ this is English

  • Gosh, I'm flying! Reality doesn't exist anymore. This is purely pure.

  • Power to the people.

  • @bobnorwal YES...YES, great song for keeping tempo

  • How can I get hold of the Axus - Fall in Love track at the end of this? There isn't the same version on youtube, is it a remix or something? Cheers

  • @Kiwi72uk

J Da Flex & EL-B - When I Fall In Love (Dub Mix)

cant find where to buy it tho :/

  • @IcarusDubstep cheers mate!

  • OH MY GOD, NO MATTER HOW MUCH I LISTEN TO BURIAL, HE SIMPLY NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE. HOW THE FUCK DOES HE DO IT - CREATE EMOTION TO AN UNPRECEDENTED LEVEL, SERIOUSLY, THE FUCK!?

  • くっそカッコええじゃないか。。。音源欲しい!!

  • think thom is confused O.o

  • gotta love burial. unlike other fame/money seeking artists, he sits back and lets the music do the talking. And for that, he is my all time music idol.

  • when will burials next album come out? Waiting for it since i heard lambeth, the thom yorke collabos, street halo, the massive attack remixes etc, Its time for him to come back!

  • this is a great song if you feel like you've hit rock bottom, kinda revives you if u know what i mean

  • Moth is one of the greatest songs ive ever heard :D

  • Thom is better with modeselektor. those three together is holy grail of all music. this is great track though. but doesn't touch MOderTHOM!

  • very very very NICE! i love this guys

  • Sounds like a gateway into some kind of heaven

  • Burial's Drums, Four Tet's dominant samples and Thom Yorke's vocals. This ladies and gentlemen, is how to combine the most haunting elements of each artist into something mind-blowingly original and beautiful.

  • @AslanElectro fuck yea, the bass line sounds like a mix of four tet and burial imo. they compliment each other very well.

  • MMYYYYYYYY GOD

  • HOW DID YOU? DO THAT

  • meh

  • @brandenblaaahhhhhh No taste. No class.

  • whats the name of the song that it fades into at the end???

  • @Povojacketsupreme axus - when i fall in love

  • @matmanheaf thanks dude

  • @Povojacketsupreme J Da Flex & EL-B - When I Fall In Love, thats the version.

  • tyler the creator in suggestion? what the fuck

  • Brilliant stuff!

  • this song is wonderful

  • thom yorke ruins this track.

  • @MrCroft3242

hes a cat bein strangled. i dont like his attitude. his music cool. but him... jesus theres only so much u can take. silly dork

  • @McClean06 i know what you mean, i so know what you mean. there is just something about the guy...

  • @McClean06 btw what do you think of 'Ego'? that song is deep.

  • @MrCroft3242 just give it a listen there, deep indeed! but i must say i prefer the Four Tet and Burial collaborations to be honest, "Wolf Club" is just genius if you ask me . you can hear much more of what Burial and Four Tet are all about shining through. I jst think Yorke (or Yoke) is just jumpin on the band wagon here with his "oooh so clever vocal range and melody" ... anyway. wat about urself pal, do u make music?

  • @MrCroft3242 Thom Yorke turn this into a masterpiece

  • @grgmcn you better ask him directly, i'm not thom yorke - and you must be asian.

  • @grgmcn nah, they all worked this to fuck and its amazing

  • @grgmcn Thom Yorke has gotten his ego jacked off enough. He just happens to like dubstep, and his vocals contribute to this song like they would in a trance song. Burial is an expert sample digger and Four Tet is an amazing producer. That's the majority of the art right there.

  • @MrCroft3242 i concur

  • The Drum is caring everything. Burial genious is about hi hats.

  • I wish major night clubs would play this kind of music

  • no sir. i dont like it...

  • it looks like the fucking picture are moving, it feeeeels like it o.O.0.o

  • @somelonelycat same here, lol

  • Not a fan of Burial's collaborations much.

The only one I like is 'Moth'.

His solo work is so much better.

He should lay off the influences and keep to his own genre.

  • Whats the song called in the end?

  • @Melormen123

    when i fall in love - j da flex & el b

  • @muckleby Thanks! :D

  • more of the same please...

  • Thom Yorke, Burial and Four Tet, three of my favourite artists on one track.

    I think I'm in heaven.

  • damn this bass is just about as heavy as my vibrator

  • this ones great but i cant bring myself to like ego :(

  • What a team! Bubbling beauty.

  • thoms voice makes every song absolutly perfect. its magic.

  • I love how this sounds, something I would definitely listen to on a solitary walk.

  • @DavidF89999 I read that as "something I would definitely listen to on a solitary wank" even when re-reading hahahahaha

  • is thom blinking or im crazy high???

  • @PAYAMhayebazargani

    Baked as a cake, bro.

  • Eeeee that compression is horrendous! Damn you youtube!!!

  • BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

  • Actually, i like it. I like when he is laughing:)

  • Anyone else hear the melody from one of the songs from The Rules of Attraction??? It's in the movie after the girl kills herself in the tub... and it's all I can think of when I hear this.

  • @aisnotok .. You should talk to someone about that

  • im slowly loosing faith in thom yorke....

  • @helloimcharliestreet

    That's really interesting

  • @helloimcharliestreet I like Thom's independent work its quite good, partly due to his collaboration with burial/fourtet. Whilst he is independently moving himself forward, he seems to be doing the opposite for radiohead, i really think he should stop neglecting the other members of the band or else you'll get another bland attempt at electronic type music which clearly wasn't radioheads best. It seems TKOL was almost his solo attempt at this type of music, a joint effort would restore my faith

  • @Tommanc1 thats more or less what i think too. dont get me wrong i adore thom and radiohead, i loved the eraser too, but the king of limbs was a sad attempt at an album from a band that said they would rather stop making music than to do the same thing twice or not progress with each album. and when i heard that he was doing a track with 2 other fantastic artists.....

  • @Tommanc1 ....., but then they come out with a house track that goes no where and the vocal is cringe worthy. i think its plain now that jonny greenwood is the future of radiohead, based on Norwegian wood which in my opinion shat all over the king of limbs

  • @helloimcharliestreet actually the one thing i liked about TKOL was Thom's vocals, he's at his best in Bloom. Jonny is brilliant, his compositional skills have improved greatly (for example in Norwegian wood) but hes hardly given the chance anymore because of Thom. Every band has its time and maybe im starting to feel that radiohead have gone past their best, they admit themselves they had doubts when recording In rainbows.

I think we'll see 2 more albums, radiohead like the no10, research it

  • @Tommanc1 Thoms vocal in all radiohead albums and in the eraser is fantastic just not in these tracks, its like he wanted the generic house music vocal, they could have gottin mr bean to do those vocal. the vocal in codex is amazing, its the best song on that album, its the only good one too.

but the number 10 is a nice number, i can agree with that.

  • @helloimcharliestreet i agree with you, a little too raspy maybe.

Try this, they recorded OK computer under the name 0's and 1's at first. If OK Computer is represented by 01, and In Rainbows is represented by 10, you have 01 and 10. In binary code 01 and 10 complement each other. The two albums knit together. Start with Airbag then 15 step from IR and keep alternating until you reach karma police, put fitter happier after, it acts as a bridge, then continue. All songs link, genius.

  • @Tommanc1 thats amazing i will try that tonight after a few smokes

  • @helloimcharliestreet notice in rainbows came out on 10/10 and both 'in rainbows' and 'ok computer' contain 10 letters, i think you get me now. 10 albums i predict, two to go....probably.
