I built a set too a long time ago, what kind of paddles are you using? we took sandlas that we cut the soles out of, and they are getting flimsy. At first we tried old paintbrushes, and they got worn out really easily. Trying to find some closed-cell foam material. We're about to trash our protoype and build a new one soon though.
