Maybe she is playing a girl who has never been to US, so that she has to put some Korean accent into her english.

I 've seen her singing english songs, she did not have any korean accent when she sang.

yes she has an accent her English still has that lisps sound that so many Asian have when speaking or even singing in English {jang nara has the cutest lisp when singing english songs] but other than that you can hear that she leaned her english in USA rather than say remained in Korea to learn. With all language if you really want to be fluent you have to live in a country that speaks that language. Those like Han Ye Seul who are USA/korean can indeed speak with a perfect USA accented english

@SeldimSeen1 it doesn't have anything to do with that. there are kids who were born in Flushing who have an accent and there are millions of immigrants to the US with perfect pronunciation and inflections. Growing up here isn't necessary to speak like a native. Min Young herself has good English, look up some other interviews she doesn't have much of an accent. not sure why she sounds like this here.
