That was an ex Iraqi Air Force as I believe, and it was an AWACS plane, Assembled in Iraq in late 80s, it is called Adnan-1, Iraq assembled two of these type of a planes, one was delivered to Iran during the 1991 Gulf War... And sadly, that was the end of it.
