8 dishes? not a bad strategy if you're a challenger and you can pull it off and still ensure it tastes good since your food gets eaten first. Fill the judges up so they can't fully enjoy the iron chef's food. But of course it better taste terrific otherwise they'll just take a couple a bites and move on.
