little tip for everyone; the rats usually dont drop anything, but sometimes one of them does, and its always 1 humanity. if your looking to get some then just keep resting at the bonfire right outide and revisit the rats like 10 times. :)

I'm probably a little late with this information, but did you know that if you're not hollow you're more likely to drop items and the more stored humanity you have the higher the drop rate? With that in mind, if you become human and fight all those hollows and knights you might get a hollow shield.

@Akilroth234 Well, Attunement gives you more ammo for your spells. To boost pyromancy damage you have to upgrade the pyromancy flame. The flame scales with intelligence to give you a powerful (but risky) melee attack. However, the power of spells is dependent on level of pyromancy flame only.
