Wow Albert i just stumbled upon your videos tonight searching for tips to help snap punches effectively and maximize flow/speed. I have already watched all of your them. These are some of the most helpful tutorials i have ever watched because i am an ABSOLUTE perfectionist when it comes to technique. You explain perfect technique better than anyone iv learned from in my 7 years of training. The wise-asses who try to correct your methods are just exposing their own inexperience in boxing. Please
I have used this and other techniques from this guy, and it works! Great info! Thank, my friend, great job! All you haters and low lifes, either make your own video and inspire people, or just fuck off!
Great training tips, thanks for putting these out there. However, I have a suggestion. There is too much information in each video, and it's confusing. Perhaps it would be useful to simplify and focus in each video to just explain one thing. E.g. what is the purpose of this drill (how its used in a real fight), then show the exercise/drill and how long to do it for or how many reps. Once again, thanks.
@stroggykid It's probably a bad idea. You have to realise boxing is based on the premise that your legs are neither weapon nor target. For example: a common boxer's mistake in kickboxing is stepping in too heavy, and then getting their front leg lowkicked time and again.
I imagine you could do this, but check every once in a while if you're able to raise a leg without falling over, for blocking and kicking purposes.
@albertpope This is probably the most helpful among all your other great videos.I have another request though when you get a chance could you make a video showing some basic "setups" and "traps" someone could use on the street or in the ring ?
Great videos Albert. I'm training for my first boxing match ever. I'm in Japan, so all my instruction is in Japanese...which makes it difficult for me to completely understand. While watching your stuff I make notes so that I can try it out in the gym the next day. Thanks very much!
@albertpope "to" is a preposition and "too" is an adverb (pushes up glasses). not trying to be a dick or anything. learning is fun--that's why I'm here. great videos, my man. love the footwork.
@leameyy theyre not coming together too much at all. Why dont you make a video of how to do it? I'll tell you why. Because youre a fat ass lame mother fucker who couldnt do shit apart from get knocked out one punch.
*please keep posting these videos they are greatly appreciated by people like me who believe in fundamentals and perfect technique above all.

@leameyy During this drill your feet should never be closer than shoulder width.
I have never been knocked out.
Please post videos of your footwork and shadow boxing routines, drills, and techniques.
Also, remember that "too" is the adjective and "to" is the pronoun.
