Steep Bulldozer Work

This slope is really not that steep...looks close to a 2 to 1...and I agree with one of the other comments, usually dozers will slide before tipping - this "6" looks very comfortable on this slope.

that was a little steep. But, like the guy said if the ground is hard. It will slide before it tips over

The steel bars across the hood must protect it from falling tree's?

Or are they meant as extra roll-over-protection?

If you keep the blade down, it's real hard to flop them. Like "justtheheavyequipment" says, the guy knows what he's doing.

The only reason his track came off the ground is because he was pushing down hard

that wasnt that steep, a dozer will usually slide down the slope before it tips over, he had a long way to go, I do it everyday
