  • @Biecore Correct! Assets/Resources :-) it all sounds the same doesn't it - I'll change the question - not sure when I can find the time to upload a replacement video though. In ITIL both Resources and Capabilities are seen as Assets - so you're 100% correct.   • Wow - I didn't know there would be so much ITIL content on YouTube, and it's even better than most of the materials you get in the classroom from other training organisations. At least Marco seems to know what he's talking about.

  • Marco has the best ITIL videos available online - this stuff should have been available years ago! Finally someone that actually shares some knowledge in ITSM space - the rest of the course providers either seem to sit on, charge a fortune and only copy it from others! Way to go IsleBeebach!
