@DoWorkNP well I wouldn't trust in Silva so much. He fought Fedor in 2011 when he was nothing compared to his prime time manouvers and punches. Remember that Fedor won with Minotauro, Coleman, Crocop, Hongman Choi and others. Silva would't beat them all in any case. The Big Foot barely won with Arlovski, who was beaten by Fedor in no time. The Last Emperor should have retired in 2009 but he didn't and took the consequences.

@your5starvids I have an interview where Fedor said that he was going to retire after the Brett Rogers fight (before the Werdum fight) because he felt that he was getting old and he said that his former injuries were starting to affect the way he fights.

Semmy, like Anderson Silva and John Bones Jones, has a reach advantage and good knees - you can't trade straight punches with them unless you slip them - but then you catch one of those knees. The best way to beat them is to take them down - Fedor fought a smart and disciplined fight here.
