God, people, way to ENCOURAGE up and coming musicians. It's attitudes like some of yours that keeps up and coming musicians from shining. Your attitudes are the dams in future beautiful flowing rivers (pun intended, clever, huh), so if you can't do constructive criticism, then don't say anything at all!
