i just baked this last night and the directions i got with my starter said to add cinnamon sugar before baking. It was cool that it came out perfectly baked after exactly 1 hour...it was yummy but definitely very sweet...i dont know why i wasnt expecting it to be a dessert bread after adding all that sugar lol
