This song is obvioulsy meant to respect soldiers not down on them, it states that they fight for not what they always believe in and make hard decisions, it changes their lives. This is what the song is about. not dwing on soldiers, but simply saying they have it rough and stating noone should have to do that. Its great people can. this song has a good meaning, it shows the horrors of war
every day soldiers go out there and kidnap and torture people who might be innocent, and most of them are
our troops aren't freeing those in Iraq and Afghanistan
you see, we are worse than them, a bomb is quick, but the torture we do is painful and excruciating
people join thinking they are gonna do good, and the all the civilians see are medals and scars thinking they're a hero, but all they did is end lives, cripple some, and ruin many

i think some of you guys need to be reminded that the people we are fighting now are terrorists the same group that bombed the world trade centers,pentagon,buses full of brits in england and countless other things. Iraq is over, i don't believe iraq was fought because of money or oil but who knows? I can tell you one thing though the war on terror which we are still engaged in is not about money its about protecting us, not only american's but every nations citizens and its absolutely necessary

@coolz123123 Iraq is not worse then it was i dont know where you are getting that info from. As for iran i wish we could put their leader in his place. And bin laden never worked for the us, we did fund his people when they fought the russians just like the russians funded the viet cong when we fought them but osama never worked for us.
