Okay, I'm from Canada. 75 degrees (translated into Canadian is 23 degrees) is WARM. That is SUMMER WEATHER- in the DAYTIME. Right now, I just checked the temperature. It's -15 degrees C (which in everywhere else is 5 degrees fahrenheit). AND I CAN STAND OUTSIDE IN A PAIR OF SHORTS AND BE WARMER THEN YOU.
