man no one remembers these guys anymore. I remember when their first album came out, shit was all over the radio. Now you can't even find their albums. Its such a shame. I love these guys.
The album is so much better than it sounds live. I think the problem with this live performance is that they are actually trying too hard. He's too tense. But I can pick up on an overwhelming level of emotion from him. Maybe if they would relax a little, they would sound a little better. The live performance just doesn't touch the album version. You can tell that these songs were personal to him. Alot of emotion there.
You guys say it was bad..godless was pretty good but i thought "shame" was pretty bad..and maybe the crowd wanted to actually listen and not run around like a bunch of idiots. Great song, Great band, If you have a chance listen to more of them..you will love it.

Nah I think they did a fine performance of the song, live is always a bit different from the album. Quality wise, and just how its performance. Lot of band will play a song live much differently then then they did when they recorded. But no biggy, this crowd was horrendous. No energy what so ever, straight up travesty.
Godless is one of my alltime favorite songs, but they just killed it here. The band my brother had, the lead singer "Jay Staples" can sing that song and sound just exactly like the cd version. It's incredible. I never heard the song before I heard Jay do it, and I love it. Check it out and see for yourself...the band's name is "WeAreI". You can find them on myspace also.
