Okay, I get the "jist" of what you are attempting to say (and I must say it made me laugh), but it's really difficult to follow your poor grammar. The real social engineering going on in this country is through the oppressive tax code that we have i.e. people who are successsful being penalized to subsidize those who are not. I've addressed this issue already. If you can't determine a basline for right and wrong, then what the hell good is law anyway? Where do you get that baseline = The mandate of the people. When the foundational document of the US was created, the majority involved were Christians. That document still stands. If the people want to tear it to shreds, let it be debated and voted upon. Most libs are too scared to come out and say that's what they want because they actually agree with it.

He recently clamed he was against the action in Iraq from the beginning, whereas previous statements from him state otherwise. This is par for the leftist course. I don't dodge it. Iraqi casualties are the result of a war. As were American casualities in the civil war, WWII, etc. 50,000 fetuses (each individually) were the result of an unwilling mother. Sure, throw up rape victims all you want, but that mother had a choice to give a person the shot at life. War is an inevitabilty in the human condition. What is unprecedented in human history is the clinical murder of an "unwanted inconvenience" in mass quantities. Tha is unless you factor in Hitler...

I completely disagree with Hughley's Statement. The biggest sin in this country is not being poor, it is the utter denial of God. Also, "watching out for the poor" is not what Hillary Clinton is hated for. This is a completely misguided man who's mouth is bigger than his brain. fourth amendment- secret searches, phone and internet survelance, access to medical, financial, judicial records, arrsts without probable cause
Fifth amendment- particularly absense of due process of law
6th amendment - right to a speedy trial and knowing what you are being accused of
14th amendment-(because i am a noncitizen) now i can be jailed and detained on mere suspicion without any evidense
