This dude is smart, player.... He removed the bottom bolt, and flipped up the caliper so you dont have to completely remove it or hang it... Nicely done...

its called a c-clamp and its used to lossin the brake off the rotor so you wont damage things...people use hammers and thats not good at all and he put the grease on it to lubricate the brake and rotors to make it e z to take off and put back on
how did you bypass the outboard pad using the G-clamp to compress the piston? Are pushing the inboard pad in? Can't tell!

He is really smart how he only removes the bottom caliper bolt and swings it up.
I never saw that before, I thought you had to take the caliper off all the way.
I don't understand why he puts grease on back side of pad shims? Wouldn't that attract dirt to stick to it?

Well a big screwdriver do the trick.... just compress the brake piston wile the brake pads are still in place

thats looks like alot easier way to compress the piston, i always did it with it in the air, ill try that with my next brake change.
