How do you get the menu in the beginning? ( I have n95 8GB)

i really don't know who the hell concept the player menu (the playlists).. Stupiiiidddd!!!! an he/she was payed for that s**. I want to load only a specific folder... (Latino for ex.), easy...not makeing a playlist called "latino" and select the preffered track... Idiot Nokia!!! Buoooh :|...Do an update with a new player and a new employer!
