Part 2. If you recall the MHI declared it would spend 1.5 million dollars a day to stop real health care reform. They spent that on lobbies that wined, dined, and donated to representatives.

It is known that Single payer health care would save the country a TRILLION dollars a year if it were put into service. But it is more important to our leaders to protect the obscene profits of a few hundred people. To maintain this wealth stream for a few people they are willing for millions to suffer and thousands to die every year. Right now we have real true human sacrifices not totally unlike the human sacrifices of the Mayans. Certainly no less inhumane..
@billyandtherockets Well, absolutely they re being backed by the Medical health care industry. If you go to Opensecrets(dot)org you can see who is backing candidates. But it is not always clear. For example people didn't realize that Wall Street is invested in the Medical Health Care industry. MHI Whistleblower, Wendell Potter, wanted people to understand Obama's behavior during the HC debate. He explains that Wall Street would not allow for the MHI to be interfered with. . ,
@billyandtherockets If we want to save the middle class and the retired they better, at least, metaphorically behead the super money powers controlling our government and our country. It is literally us or them. And when those SS checks start getting slashed and they start making the elderly sign over their homes for medical care maybe people will wake the heck up enough to do something besides discuss the lesser of two evils dead end. You know the old definition of insanity.
@Textynn we need a super committee of citizens to warn congress that they will be seeing another england (the riots there) if they dont stop their corruption...problem is there are not enough brave Americans to do it yet.
@billyandtherockets They know people are about to revolt. The White House declared just last week that they would have Homeland Security monitoring Twitter for people speaking against the government. As U recall Egypt credits Twitter for communicating that Revolt. During"the deal" people were protesting on Twitter, big time, it made the news, next, Obama said "Oh thanks for all the encouragement on Twitter" in his speech. The same day the monitoring of Twitter was announced, separately of course
