  • "You're dead, shell-brain!"

  • I was still just an elementary-schooler when this game was at the mall; I always thought it was so cool when 4 guys who didn't know each other would become a cohesive unit playing this. That's what this music reminds of; everyone shouting encouragement to thier teammates. That was really astonishing when I (around 8 or 9 at the time) was teaming with guys that were in high school; they didn't care as long as we got through the game.

  • @MustangAce36Kills Good days indeed...this game could establish friendships.

  • "My toes! My toes!"

  • I play this game before, its cool! :D

  • "Say ya prayers toitles"

  • the simpson arcade game was great i have one in my house

  • This is my ringtone for whenever my boss calls me.

  • @HesitantEvil - LMFAO that's hilarious

  • @HesitantEvil LOL I just did this.

  • @HesitantEvil yeah how u put it on your phone

  • I haven't really play the ninja turtles 3 much to rate that one

  • Yippee-ki-yay!!

  • "Say your players, turtles" :D

  • "say your prayers toitles"

  • This may sound weird but i actually prefer the nes version.

  • @cheapspace yeha that is weird

  • @Kingoftheunknown100 well honestly the nes audio sounds more refined and powerful. The kicks are definitely lacking in the arcade version. Also the music appears to have a weird ringing to it. It reminds me of cyborg justice on the genesis. As you probably guessed i dont just automatically side with any arcade version just cause. Sure i agree the graphics are (for the most part) fantastic however sometimes the game play well.... isn't as refined, a good example is double dragon nes all the way.

  • @cheapspace that because the nes vision came out to years after the arcade and the music aint that superior to the arcade and come it came out 2 years after the graphics should been better for the nes and the gameplay is way harder on the nes vision i wanted to throw my controller half time in fact i did

  • @Kingoftheunknown100 I will admit that the nes music score isn't necessarily "superior" just refined (as i wrote before). As far as the graphics what where you really expecting? There is absolutely no way the nes can produce graphics a kin to its arcade counterpart in fact people still claim it was a crap version(which is stupid) Let me remind you the Manhattan project was released and had the same graphics as the first just allowed you to switch turtles which some how got rave reviews

  • @cheapspace i also disagree with you about double dragon come on they censor shit same like did with final fight and bare knuckle aka street of rage just to make them child friendly which is bullshit

  • @Kingoftheunknown100 really so what? the nes version didn't have a drop of blood but that didn't effect game-play to the least . Though the arcade had blood it was only an enhancement rather than a must have game element it would have looked like crap anyway due to the nes's limited capabilities. On another note the nes tmnt was hard?? I beat that the same day i got it. The arcade version took well over 20 dollars in a single sitting just to get to shredder with 4 people!!! on hard mode though

  • @cheapspace also tmnt in time is still the best tmnt game period

  • @cheapspace i dont disagree with you there

  • @cheapspace meh. i find the original was better- turtles in time was fun, but the original was definitely more for me, and while this might just be because i loved the cartoon as a child, the cast of characters and the locations of the stages in the original are better because they have more of a TMNT feel to them. also, the final boss wasn't quite as epic or difficult in Time. but just my opinion of course.

  • @CirqueDuFreak2000 Yeah i feel ya. We all have our favorites and who can argue that both turtles in time and the original arcade version was some of the best multiplayer action games of its time. On another note for some reason im thinking about the simpsons arcade game which too was awesome.

  • @cheapspace i have the nes verison and it still hard to move the only thing i like about the nes verison better that it had an expanded villian cast

  • @Kingoftheunknown100 yeah its true the arcade characters move much faster than the nes version so if your used to that speed its easy to understand frustration there. I also loved the extended cast just a quick question what did you think about the added stages? Some people hated it some loved it just wanted to ask. (dont worry im not gonna go on a rant cause you think they suck or not)

  • @cheapspace it was 1 off the few things i like the nes verison over the arcade

  • @cheapspace the Arcade Version had more Moves as well, and Plus the Foot Soldiers could get hit by the Dropping Giant Metal Balls on the 1st Level unlike in the NES Version

  • @cheapspace DD nes? was smoother because of less slowdown, to be sure, but arcade version was more fun, mostly because you could face more than 2 enemies at a time, as well as more than one kind of enemy at a time, enemies were more challenging in a good way, and (most importantly) the arcade version was.. y'know... 2 player.

  • donatello seems like tits XD

  • Things Ain't Gettin Any Prettier

  • I ... WAnt... This... Please....

  • Your dead shell brains...

    things ain't getting any prettier...

i lol at that part XD

  • @frenchfrey65 it been better if he said watch your mouth shell brain

  • Rocksteady: Say your prayers toitles!

    Bebop: You're dead shell-brain

  • with out doubt general tragg and sgt . granitor the 2 stone warriors from dimension x were a bunch of happy bitch slapping bosses in the game (Crush the turtles)

  • yeah they were frickin' cheap bosses.

  • "Oh, Shell-Shocked!" That's the only part I remember.

  • "Attack!"

  • Crush-the-turtles! Crush-the-turtles! lol

  • Toytulls.

  • Most epic boss battle theme in the history of arcade games.

  • Next to the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 boss music I don't think there is a more iconic boss theme in video game history. This is simply one of the best songs I've heard in a game.

  • this music was stuck in my head from a child

  • FTW!!!!!!! This shyt owns!! Oh Man. I want this as a ringtone!! lol

  • To which console does this game belong?

  • One of the greatest arcade games ever.

  • otherwise if ur looking for the console one, (just as good imo despite it's graphix) it's the original NES, or if it's finally on there try VC, or the arcade version is on XBOX live arcade

  • What's to say when everything else has been said!

  • Win

  • "Come get em, shell brain."

  • "They ain't gettin' any prettier."

  • "Watch your mouth. Slime ball!"

  • "Let's move it. I owe you one."

  • Awesome tune. Fits to almost any game's boss fight.

    "Yipee-i-ay!"

  • "say ya prayers turtles"

    "Help meee!"

"Tonight i dine on turtle soup"

  • "They're not gettin' any prettier."

  • "Watch ya mouth, slime ball!"

  • "OHHH Shell Shock!!"

  • lol

  • "Crush the turtles"

  • "Pizza Time!"

  • tmnt rock

  • Man, the part at 00:14 sounds so eerie, but f**king epic. I could listen to this all day.

  • This song sounds like ass kicking. If I ever get into an epic fight, I want this music to be playing.

  • @akiratubo if I ever get into a fight i need a really aggressive hvy mtl song playing!!!

  • Best music in the game! ^^

  • To this day i still get a adrenalin rush weather its the arcade, my xbox live or even the nintendo version of this game.

  • One of the best boss themes in arcade history.

  • agreed!

  • i love ninja turtle !!

  • which one?

  • Do you actually love ninja turtle, or are you just saying that because you saw it?

  • Hilarious.

  • nybody know where i can get this game downloaded?

  • XBOX Live or either Mame.

  • aww man i use to hear this song always get pump up

  • Still can't get the Technodrome theme up?

  • God I'm Getting Old! I used to play this all the time when I was ten. Hearing this now is a STRONG reminder that I'll be thirty in less than two years. Damn, Dude! Thanks for the awesome memories.

  • i'm ridin in that same boat homie.

  • Finally, some good memories being brought back today.

  • Can you play with 4 players on the tmnt battle nexus unlockable version? game cube version. Please answer my question.

  • Yes. Just have 4 controllers. Which turtle you are depends on which slot you plug your controller in.

    Leo = 1st

    Mikey = 2nd

    Don = 3rd

    Raph = 4th

  • Thanks allot you deserve a thumbs up! :)

  • Thank you! :)

  • How many lives do you have in the tmnt arcade game battle nexus version and continues? Btw is the same boss music in this port?

  • As many lives as you want. Seriously. Not joking. I had 200 lives at one point.

And no, they only use 2 really crappy songs from the actual game and not the original arcade music. Pissed me off.

  • Konami has always had the best sound tracks including some of the best boss battle music ever made. X-Men arcade game's boss music was the shit as well! Fuck Square and their epic "One Winged Angel" horseshit.

  • Yeah. Man, if I hear anymore about some fucking angel with one wing, I'm gonna eat somebody!!

    TMNT music is always FTW.

  • cool beans!

  • Awesome job, as usual. Just remain calm with youtube's shitty upload problems and get those tracks up!
