It's full loot, which means if u kill someone, u can loot everything they were carrying with them when they died.

Yes the game is out, you can purchase it with a free 30 day trial at the link in the sidebar --->.

Regarding 1st and 3rd person modes, when your using a melee weapon it switches automatically to 3rd person mode.  Also when your riding a mount, it automatically switches to 3rd person mode as well.

For spells and bows, it will switch to 1st person mode.

no no levels only skill levels so yeah just no main level like i can have a 100 greatsword skill witch i do and 75.99 greatsword mastry and 49.24 strength and i do a shit ton of dmg

with bone armor i save my infernal for pve not pvp

Because they have never played it and are basing it off watching youtube videos. Darkfall is hands down the best FFA-PVP MMO since UO and Asheron's Call.

Probably 40fps in cities, 100+ in the woods.

yeah It's quite the same, I would disable all shadows though, makes it lag a little and it makes the game darker : )

Especially after today's expantion.

For now u need a creditcard to play but it will change soonish.
