@Zwietracht Actually, Raoh, Toki and Rei are generally considered overpowered in this game. I think Yuda may be up there as well. Kenshiro, Souther and Mr. Heart are about middle. Shin, Mamiya and Jagi are generally considered low. But any character can win tournaments--even without abusing glitches. Yes, even Jagi: check out QMZ's Jagi if you're curious.

@kowen12 Haha, what fighting game scene have you exactly been in? Calling someone a scrub or noob is the name of the game, bro. It still stands; he may be OP like the rest of the top tiers (iirc he ranks 4th) but there is no unbalance.

And you don't need to go lecturing me here; I know very well what Raoh is capable of once he gets a single hit. I know Pharaon. Shiro's better though.
