@igot2lambos At the beginning when you create shape of the wheel with those circles, I think profile template would be more precise to give a particular shape, them run it around with "Follow me", then do the spokes. But anyway it is good to learn those techniques for similar cases. This is why those tutorials exist - to learn the tricks.
@edtylerg make sure that you made a "group". To make a group, select whatever you want to make a group of, then right click, and "Make Group". You can't lock something thats not a group or a component.
nicely done! Watching this, I see a few things I haven't even started implementing yet from the program. Thanks for putting me in my place, lol. I've moved from yachts to now a fully framed and furnished house. Once I get that further along, I'll start making videos again, but that's a few weeks away yet. See ya

7:09 and on, how do you get width to the wheel???
TheSpeedula 9 months ago
@TheSpeedula @5:38 i talk about how to do it. You copy the curved surface ~.75" towards the back.
igot2lambos 9 months ago
@igot2lambos i.e. the face of the wheel. you do this before you do the intersection.

@KobeBryan24 I don't understand, what do you mean two lines? What kind of lines do you have?
igot2lambos 11 months ago
@igot2lambos
2 circles and i can move the small circles
KobeBryan24 11 months ago
@KobeBryan24 I'm trying to understand what you're saying but I don't. Is the circle a part of the 'tire' or the 'rim'?

Sure you can do it much easier using Follow Me tool and a profile template.

@DragonToko I personally think its simpler to use the the intersect tool. :)
