EA is systematically destroying Ultima Online. Customer support is shit, their EAMythic account migration was shit and the company itself is shit with the exception of a few people.
Overall John Riccitiello needs to address the issues regarding the EA Mythic site including the customer support, and the management of the site.
EA's improved a bunch the last few years, and i don't think they're the big evil company people paint them to be. Look at Dead Space, one of their own internally developed IP's. It's an excellent game.
Perhaps it's because they are merely a publishing company. Meaning, all they care about is maintaining sales compared to previous releases. Think of EA as the Wal-Mart of the gaming industry...mass sales across various brands with no regard for quality of innovation.
