@RetroWolfman Good picks. Only problem is that with characters like Vash who look unrealistic you'll never find a happy pick with who plays him cuz people will be like "That doesn't look like him!" imagine trying to find a good pick for Yu-Gi, and do I really have to mention the Dragon Ball movie?

Lets be honest Who thinks that if this where made it wont suck? No one? Good because the Cartoony stile of Vash Can not be captured in live action, and the actor? Can he hold a basketball to his face using EXTREME SUCTION! i think not, and i doubt they would let Crispin Freeman play the part of Vash just to get the voice right.

dont find look alikes find ppl who are similar to thier characters. for instance vash is a bubbley action hero with a humanitarian, serious/badass undertone to it...so who can be a happy go lucky look alike and who also can do rediculous action scenes and stunts and pull it off...maybe paul newman in his younger days idk

Jonathan Taylor Thomas needs to come back into acting and play Vash. He's got the perfect eyes and for some reason I can see him doing the crazy yet suave, thing. Though, I'm not sure what his voice sounds like nowadays.

I am pretty ok with this acctually. Vash is a very unique character that would be hard for anyone to play, I can see Paul Walker as him when he is serious but do you really think he could do Vash in his silly state? Wolfwood was perfect as well as Knives. WTF are you thinking on Meryl!?! Looks nothing like her! Millie and Ren should be ok i guess. Bluesummers was perfect as well. This I would love to see. Aside from Cillian Murphy for Legato I respectfully disagree with that cast.

I would say a better choice being David Tennant for Both Vash and Knives (they are twins after all) and Adrian Brody for Wolfwood (though he wouldn't show up until the 2nd film) Meryl and Milly are tough to cast, especially milly since she's a very tall woman, Jewel is not. A great deal of forced perspective and customized wardrobe would be needed to make her work.

k, my ideal revamp of this dude's choices. Vash-ryan reynolds. he can play cowardly but funny, and be a badass action hero on the fly and still make it comical. Wolfwood-sam worthington, from films such as the new clash of the titans and terminator salvation, put him in black, give him a giant cross shaped gun and a cigarette, spot on. haven't thought well on milly, but meryl jessica alba just to see if she "could" do it Knives- topher grace, looks the same sounds the same, and ya want to hit em
