I think it is talking about changing. All the murderers come back to life and the girl come to help them change. The one person who changes gets a blind fold so the don't see the girls get killed and don't get killed themselves.

I seriously recommend that you watch this movie called "Fando and LIs" is an old black and white film from the sixties. The director was almost linched in Mexico for that movie. All the copies were lost until the Director found out that Francis Ford Copola had a copy and that is how we have it on dvd now. Check out his other movies "Holly Mountain", "Santa Sangre" and "El Topo".
