@TheLuigiRocks actually there is onion skin in pivot :D and you can do blood effects with pivot. Watch my piv vid.. there is blood and smoke effects... still.. pivot sucks..

you can easily evade that by removing the last keyframe ;P

When i save the animation and export it as a GIF it goes too fast, how do I make it slower?

nah i just got hypercam and registered it then just recorded the animation window.

the file is really big tho so i just add it to WMM which reduces the size dramaticly

CTRL+click to any joints, and TISFAT program will lock the joints.

Actualy this was made BEFORE pivot ever came out. It's not a rip of flash because its made only for stickmen.

lol, it is a rip of flash. It doesnt matter if it's made for stickmen. It was inspired by flash and uses the EXACT same way of animating as flash.

This is NOT PIVOT! its Tisfat. you gotta put the animated GIF into windows movie maker and export it as a wmv. youtube doesnt accept animated Gifs

yes, although the program was meant for easy animation for beginners. Real pros use flash. I don't really like flash, but usually big animators have a time line.
