When you shoot, pull your mouse back a littlebit.

Takes some time to practice, but it works.

1) The commands requires to make the script work have been removed from the game

2) Using anything like that is considered cheating and results in a ban

Nobody is using the old +lookdown script . It's impossible to use since +lookdown doesn't exist in the latest ET version.
