  • I miss my hometown. Are they still having a problem with people emptying raw sewage in the lake there?

  • No longer a big problem. Many areas have city service / sewage lines now. And supposely all others are on 'improved' septic tanks

    Planned improvement in area's between Mayflower and Conway include more people on sewage system / lines

    Rumors are that there are probably a few leaking septic tanks that the health inspectors haven't found but Fish from the lake are now rated as safe to eat - and AGFG says it's all safe
