can u make the ring with a 100 dollar bill?

i did it with the dollar but i cant get it right with a 100 dollar bill

The best way to do that is to tear the corner of the hundred dollar bill and lay the small '100' over the '1' on a one dollar bill and make a ring out of it.You can then spend the hundred dollar bill. It will look like a hundred dollar ring but it only took a dollar.
