  • how would someone compare this car to a mercedes c300?

  • This is the american fusion

  • Yooo narrator, are you on drugs ?

  • That was a stupid review of the Fusion.....by the way, the 4 cyl. fusion has a 5 speed auto not a 4 speed.

  • does he have to speak in such a monotone voice?

  • fusion looks like the five hundred. which is better though??

  • I'm not into made-in-Mexico junk like the Fusion. Buy AMERICAN and support American car industry!

  • It's an excellent choice by any measure. Yes, it's built in Mexico, but the profits go straight to Dearborn, Michigan.

  • Does it? GDP only counts where the product is made. In that case, what people pay for Fusion cars go to the Mexican GDP. That's what it means: gross DOMESTIC product. Learn some basic economy, kiddo!

  • I don't understand why people find it so necessary to speak to others in such negative and insulting ways.

  • lol .. its a global economy now dumbass

  • Depends on who the OWNERS of the company are. That's where the profits tend to go. GM is now OWNED by the US and Canadian GOVERNMENTS due to Socialism so that's where the profits go. Prior, GM was owned by SHAREHOLDERS so the profits went to the general public hence GM was called GENERAL motors. GM is now called GOVERNMENT motors due to the change of ownership from the GENERAL public to the GOVERNMENT.

  • i WASNT talking ABOUT gm

  • I know. However, as long as HUMANS own both companies, GM and Ford, I will continue to support both to the best of my ability.

  • you ARE a FAGGIT

  • Are humans not allowed to have racially pride anymore? What has happened to this ultra PC society????

  • if youre gonna insult someone spell it right FAGGOT

  • @Endreveren lol no.

  • is it me or does listening to this guy make you want to fall asleep.....

  • i think he was falling asleep himself

  • Im glad that you at least drive a subaru. We had them for years until ford came out with the fusion and the new Taurus. Good Cars

  • Good cars? Which one? Subaru?

  • Well both subaru. And ford

  • With Fords Quality equal to toyota and honda, there is absolutely no reason to say that ford is unreliable. I agree with duncan, jap cars are idiot proof, i mean seriously when you buy a Toyota you have to pay up front for next service appointments, and you are not supporting our economy. People want better fuel economy so they buy jap cars, and what they really do is sacrifice safety for MPG and Ford and Gm have Safer cars and More fuel saving cars than any other.. Seriously Buy American

  • Find some good incentives for consumers to buy American. Besides that it supports the American economy, there isn't any other good reason. I went to dealers of Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, and GM, and none of their service can live up to their international competitors'. So in response to your statement? Uh, no thanks, I prefer my Subaru Impreza, but I'm sure I'll get some thumbs down for this.

  • With Fords pricing you can get a V6 Fusion w/leather trim, well optioned for under 20k. Best deal going. Handles better than a Camry and has more road feel.

  • but sucks on reliability, if you are going to put anything under 20k then get a preowned certified honda accord, ford will just break within 3years and if not that then 7 years. i am NOT ANTI-AMERICAN but detroit needs 2step it up a little

  • Thats nonsense, I had my old GM car to 125k before I sold it with no major problems. Thing is Japanese cars are more idiot proof, if you do nothing but change the oil they'll get to 150k miles. GM and Ford cars you need to follow the maintenance more stringently. But if you do they're just as reliable.

  • Very good review, thank you very much.

  • I guess 90% of the people out there are girls and/or handicapped....

  • dude, is it really that serious? why do you care so much what kind of transmission people drive anyway?

  • 3.0 Litre Version is pretty fast. Does not feel cheap at all.The engine feels very responsive and the thing I found most intrguing is that some of the nicer ones come with better tires (Michellins). They ride very nice and the exhaust sounds nice. Feels like a lot more room than the old taurus. For people that want to bash american cars, drive one. Had a toyota camry before I got this and this car is way nicer. Cost about the same, 5 years apart I got way more features

  • this guys voice makes me drowsy . zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • you may think, american cars, so expensive, why not get some asian car that is cheaper. well there you go wrong.. while asian cars are cheap, they have many problams with lasting long. while the american car, has nice parts, and last the longest by far. so next time you buy a car... why wouldnt you buy one that will last you? even though it may be a lil more money. =]

  • I was in my Cousins Accord the other day, He has the V6 3.5 version, is this car better than his?

  • LOL are you kidding

  • never the fusion is sluggish and cheap feeling

  • The Fusion is the best american car in years!

  • This Fusion, the new CTS and the new Malibu really define what a real American sedan should be.

I gotta say it's about time.

  • Totally agree. And the 2010 Fusion will attract new people. The Detroit three have really stepped up to the plate. These cars designs are stunning.. Good Cars Support america

  • 2010 Fusion? Are you sure? From the pictures I've researched, the car looks no different than the Fusion 2008, which I test-drove and was very disappointed with it.

  • The new fusion offers a bigger engine and some pretty cool features. I would take a look sometime

  • Yeah, I have to take a look at that. I also have to try the Shelby GT500 sometime.

  • Well see my dad works for Ford so we are a strong ford Family. But Go for the GT500 they are AWESOME! But check out the new taurus also, new redesign and some cool features. Check out the ford website

  • makes a great fast big car as well

  • ford's current lineup is really lacking. the fusion is a good start but why can't we get the mondeo in north america?

  • No auto on/off lights... oh my I'm gonna cry, oh how is that possible, oh I'm an idiot..

  • this is a great very practical car

  • My parents bought me an SEL V6 2007 Ford Fusion last may, I love it! I was 17.

  • LOL, get new glasses m8

  • Oh, because GM NEVER takes styling ideas from Ford!

At any rate I don't see it.

  • I dont mean to be biased towards GM, I have a 1999 Powerstroke but I just noticed the similarity. Although I am a GM person.

  • I am not saying they aren't their, I am just saying I don't see them.

  • My mom just purchased a Ford Fusion last week. She is very pleased with what she got. Although, she overlooked the sticker showing the options, she thought the car had auto on/off lights. WARNING TO BUYERS: READ THE STICKER CAREFULLY, SO YOU WON'T BE DISMAYED, OR DISAPPOINTED LATER.

  • YES, i just bought one today. 4 cyl, 5 speed stick. NO AUTO ON/OFF LIGHTS. i realised that while i was driving it home. that and it does not have outside temp. other than that i think i am really going to like it.

  • A self powerign steam cycle can power a car by nuclear fusion!

  • This one is made in Mexico...it's quite different from the european Fusion, in fact it only shares it's name.

  • North American Ford Fusion, not the European Ford Fusion.

  • Of course it is!
