I LOVE this sound so much, his whole music...it's so beautiful, it's like being in another beautiful world, like space...freedeom, peace...by the way, he's very good-looking in this video, really handsome ;) Great video, and I like his trousers *_*
by far and away the best of his impressive sounds! I heard this live at a dolphin show in Spain when I was about 10 (1986!)and have never forgotten it.
Oh boy, I finally get to see the gorgeous man behind all the music. Don't remember seening his face on any albums. You can tell he's a passionate man about his music and? as well as coming across humble and even a little shy which are qualities I like. Oh well, I can dream...

Wouldn't it be great if there was a music festival with Kraftwerk, Vangelis, Gary Numan, Ultravox, OMD & ending with the spectacular Jean Michel Jarre?............ Synth heaven!!!
So true what you say! The music is still great to listen to and I think Jean Michel Jarre will be remebered as one of the greates composers/musicians of our time. What he did with the analog hardware available in the late 70's and early 80's is just amazing, I think, and can hardly be reached by all the digital instruments available today. When I think about popular music in Germany back then (Neue Deutsche Welle) it is somewhat embarrassing ;-)
@unlikeanyotherhuman Oui, j'en sais! I'm asking about THIS VIDEO. In 1979 the music video was an unknown art form, and Jarre was as usual ahead of his time. I'm looking for details on the production, the concept, etc.
