what should i train on with my comtec stinger max?

You don't have to train per se with your Stinger Max...it's a "strike enhancer" a "force multipler."

Condition your body...running, weight-lifting, jumping rope, etc...Practice martial Arts, Boxing, hit the Heavy bag, Makiwara, etc...

Comtech Stinger II or Stinger Max will concentrate your force (punching power) into the tip of its striking surface...OSU!!!(KARATE EXPRESSION)
