  • @Jade3liphant yea i can do handstand push ups i just can't keep a perfect balance so i do it against a wall i dont care if it's cheating but i support all my wieght and before you say "well you said you couldn't" i said it would be easier!! if my legs were a bit lighter and i beg to differ on your statement that anybody can if their body fat percentage is 3% cause some people are just plain weak like annorexics or old people or even kids!!! there are more people who can't do it with 3% body fat

  • @CLASHofTHElonders K, lemme rephrase that, most MEN, with few exceptions, that have a bodyfat percentage of 3% can do at least one handstand pushup. And you really should try it unsupported, a way different beast then using a wall.

  • @CLASHofTHElonders You're not 3% bodyfat. That's like as low as a bodybuilder before a competition, and they starve and dehydrate themselves for 2-3 days prior to the competition. Also, the dude's not even that skinny, he's probably well over his minimum bmi.

    and yeah, i am ripped, and i haven't lifted in more than a year. i don't know my lift stats except my max bench press (200lbs) i weight 135lbs and 5'5 1/2 age 15. i do a push up routie. can you do 60 perfect push ups, rest 60 sec, then 30 push ret for 30 and lastly do 15? i'm maxing out for 75 pushups in a month.

I know it sounds like im bullshittin ill put up a vid eventually, ive got weak legs and a strong upper body and i must say that this works my upper back, my lower back and my trapps the most even though ud think it works ur soldiers and triceps

  • @icedsnapple that will happen if you have just eaten a lot of food right before hand. Also look at the floor when your doing them that way your head isn't completely upside down.

  • @thethreeoldmen, no matter how strong you are, these are easiest to those who way the least. Just so you guys no as well, to train your self just have your feet against the wall, but make sure you keep your body as vertical as possible. The blood rush is crazy though. As for the balance, can't do that yet, haha. btw, 5'10" at 150lb

  • @lance1cj Yeah thats the hardest part in the beginning.. Its gets easy to balance pretty fast though.. Practice getting all that weight to go straight down rather then leaning on something, you'll feel it go to your wrists. Then eventually it isn't so hard.

  • @nineteen19nine i agree with you 100% bro. right now I weigh like 225lbs (I workout with barbells and dumbells) I full squat, shoulder press, bench, backrow, and do cleans. I am stronger but I regret not doing body weight excercises. I lost my agility and speed. You need to keep both if your going to start lifting weights, for either bodybuilding, powerlifting..etc...I used to do 8 sets 40 Wall hand stands, now I cant even do 10...

    If you're trying to say it's not fair because he's light, that's BS. If you are 220 then you can do the same thing if you reach his same level of fitness. You should be much stronger with your extra weight. If it's fat though then how are you going to complain? Doing this requires total fitness, not just brute strength like bench pressing. You have strength vs. weight effeciency (just like running, pullups, or most things not in the weight room).
