  • Joe, could you share some insight on the last exercise?

  • @ma44kk44 This would add tension to and help build the adductors and would aid in lateral movement, great exercise to follow the "Lateral Crossover Step Sled Sprints".

  • @WestcoastSurfer Resist hip abduction, and increase strength of the adductors? Possibly to counterbalance those lateral sled sprints. Probably not that important, because it's an accessory exercise, but cool.

  • @WestcoastSurfer I would say that this activates adductors, good workout for knee stability
