  • top 10 best songs ever!

  • it must be nice to be pattie boyd not have just one but three songs from eric clapton about her

  • Best deeply heartfelt shredded soulful tune of all time by EC, yes, even compared to 'Layla' on the same album. with better in tune slide and other guitars. Like cutting your bare feet on your own broken heart of glass and bleeding on the pieces of love.

  • three people are gonna fade away

  • This and the ending of layla.... can't go through it without a tear in my eye.

clapton hits heartache right on the nail.

  • the 3 people that dislike this vid shouldn't be living

  • @jacksonk415 The universe can hear you. Be very careful what you wish for. My name is Cou cou Bird...and your an asshole.

  • awesome

  • i honestly just fell in love. i love this song.

  • αααχ, τι τελειο!

  • this is clapton on derek & the dominos right?

  • one of his best songs

  • Can't beleve I heard this for the frst time yesterday? Where n the hell have I Been

    Another Clapton CLASSIC

  • Eric Clapton has awesome tone

  • What an awesome song. Undoubtedly surpasses anything done by "Cream". The double album "Layla" was Clapton's greatest work. Great ballads, guitar work with Duane Allman, and Jim Gordon's fantastic piano solo on "Layla" .In my opinion the best rock album of 1970.

  • @KDMensch i know george's Something, and eric's Layla, but what was paul's?i just saw Harrisons documentary Living in the Material World and it was fanatastic! she's in it and of course Eric.

  • How can you not like this song, 3 fucking blind, deaf dumb stupid idiots.........

  • @Eastonfan1 lol. I feel the opposite. The more youtube idiots who dislike my musical tastes, the more I feel I'm headed in the right direction.....seriously, though, this song is near perfect. Clapton's most creative period as a songwriter, imo

  • I saw this live in Charlotte in 2001. Awesome.

  • definitely one of his best tunes ever.

  • love this song play it at my funeral.....

  • @DEWILDERVISIION agreed...

  • ive never seen 1 person whose had more songs written 4 her than patti boyd

  • @chrish580 Yeah. Songs from Eric Clapton and George Harrison, must be surreal for Patti.

  • I have always loved this song...

  • It’s all wrong, but it’s all right.

The way that you treat me baby.

Once I was strong but I lost the fight.

You won’t find a better loser.

  • * * * * *

  • every time i was heard this song i remember my childhood days.

way back in the mid '70's.

thanks for the technology we can recall all the past by listening for some song like this.

  • Clapton is god!!!!!!

  • Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't Clapton wright Layla to steal Paul McCartney's wife?

  • @DaGwimWeapa No, he wanted to steal George Harrison's wife, Pattie Boyd. Both Layla and Bell Bottom Blues are written to her :D

  • @balajek And Something by The Beatles is also.

  • @balajek I believe "Wonderful Tonight" is too...

  • man Clapton is so FN god at what he does

    and thats melt faces

  • This is one of the most beautiful classic love songs ever...

    Thank you for the video!

  • One of my alltime favorites.

  • Actually Duane Allman wasn't a part of this song. Clapton overdubbed the rythmn & lead parts. Allman doesn't show up until "Nobody Knows You til You're Down and Out"..the 4th track on the LP. He is however on "Layla".

  • Don't forget Duane Allman made up the other half of these great licks!

  • 1 person slipped and accidentally clicked "dislike."

  • @matbluvenger 3 people have a faulty mouse

  • Clapton at his best. I agree with the last 2. What a mix of blues. rock, and lyrics. Genius.

  • @Rockmananov Definately blues influenced with a rock edge, but I'd say it has a country influence...like country blues licks coming from clapton's strat

  • I am so glad you uploaded this version of this tune. it's an awesome version, and you uploaded a great sound with it as well. it sounds awesome on my stereo. thank you.

  • one of the best tunes ever recorded

  • @slut432 I agree....
