  • i want the mp 40 with the folding stock but thanks to the commie state of Mass that wont happen, dam i hate commies

  • I for one welcome this .22 incarnation of the Sturmgewehr, because it will be UK legal.

  • @shottimes It was sold out.. I do wan't one

  • Can you keep the wood grate and sell it cheaper ? What about a 7.62x39 MP44 ???

  • @RABERTRON, the PTR44 was sold a few years ago for $4-5k so if you have that kind of money you can probably buy it, but it'll be a lot more than $5k 'cause there are only 150 here in the U.S.

  • They will make HUGE profit with these new products...

  • @HiCapacity I buy it but it's not the 7.92x33 so it's useless

  • @MrErnest18045, google PTR44, you'll pay at least $5k if you want one.

  • Is the stg 44 rifle going to be the 7.92x33?

  • I'm from the South and grew up on guns and saftey. Yes we are not crazy rednecks when it comes to saftey and shooting. Well some are, but that is anywhere in any state. But I can tell you that I have seen the 22 Cal round kill medium sized game and tear up ballistic gelatin. They are self defense rounds in my book. They are deadly. So don't underestimate . Also get some training if you were not raised through generations of family shooting and showing you saftey and techniques and good handling

  • But these guns are not shabby. I think people sail them down the river before ever even testing one out. I also think people highly underestimate the.22 Cal LR round. Bullets are dangerous period and must be used with saftey and technical skill. Regardless of caliber. A 22 will kill you just as any other round. It's ballistics. It's a science and that science will tell you that a 22 round is deadly.

  • Yes I know a Kalashnikov is Russian. Just using it as an example of a gun you could pretty much pour anything into and shoot. Lol. Got to take a little care when Cleaning a GSG and make sure your clips are in order if it's a GsG 522 or 5 . Cause it matters big time. These guns love CCI stingers. But mine will shoot pretty much anything I've put through it so far. As for the stg and mp40 not sure about it's mechanism or action. But I figure it will be closely related to the 5 and 522 rifles .

  • One last thing. Do not, repeat do not over oil a GSG firearm. Cause it will make it suck. Lesson I learned the hard way. It's not a Kalashnikov you can't just pour oil in it and shoot it. But still a Great German made weapon.

  • I hope so bad they decide to ship the stg in the old Wehrmacht box. I love that. Shit. Ship both the stg and mp40 in the Box if possible.

  • You just can't beat the quality per cost ratio. They are excellent for just plain getting a bulk pack of rounds and cutting some cinder blocks in half or doing some real target shooting. Without any recoil you can put ammo on target everytime. I use a dot sight. But use whatever you like. I promise they are fun , reliable, safe guns. With a real feel.

  • @diescheize Well I can tell you from owning one of GSG's weapons that they are basic function repeating. .22 Cal rifles. But the craftsmanship is just fine for the price. They are fun to shoot and you can defend yourself with one if the need arose. I mean would you be happy if somebody put 15 .22 Cal aguila super maximums in your gut. Lol. I think not. I mean I have higher caliber weapons just so you know, I know the difference. Cool thing about GSG is the weight and feel of the weapon.

  • That makes me so Happy. Dude extatic. I love the old German War Weapons. I hope these come out quick. Love it ATI. Keep up the work with GSG. I love my 5pk .

  • Your company is great.

  • Dear santa :D

  • *Sees the MP40*

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY.

  • What is cost

  • So, I understand it these are in .22?

  • are you looking at putting those guns on the canadian market??

  • i would love it if these rifles will be available in another caliber like .22 Magnum.any plans for that right now?

  • Are these still on the way? Any idea when they'll get here? Danke

  • Ich will die Mp40! I want the MP40! See it, want it, gotta have it!

  • WAY COOL!!!!!!

  • Haha duuuuuuuuude!!!!! That's so stinkin' cool!!

Anybody know how hard it is to get hold of an actual MP40?

  • I want to get an STG for reenacting but I doubt theres any loud .22 blanks out there

  • Awesome !

  • @BurninRubba305 true that, but for now they r the only company making these types of guns. Maybe others will start making better built guns if they want to tap into this market. Good example is the M4 style .22lr's. Now there are at least 4 manufacturers that I can come up out of the top of my head and gives us buyers more choices.

  • how can it be imported as a pistol with a fixed stock? wouldn't that be a sbr? whats the barrel length that is shown?

we sell the gsg rifles and pistols at my shop, and hope to stock these as well. I just hate when some of these guns have to have that big barrel protruding out, ( we call them the dog dick here).

    keep em coming!

  • @delawareindahouse, the pistol version will have the stock in the folded position permanently pinned. This way it will look authentic as opposed to having the stock removed.

  • cant wait for the mp40! but the stg may be too big overall to be sucessfull on the market as a 22. i would love to see a thompson and especially a sten! those would make awesome 22s. also they should make a luger pistol. im very happy with my two gsg guns, very affordable to shoot and they look awesome!

  • What a wasted reproduction. The MP-40 should be in 9MM. The STG-44 if not the 7.92X33 atleast the 7.62X39. Why play around with that kiddy 22LR round. The same thing goes for your MP-5 clones. Make them for the rounds they were orginally designed for. I say the same thing for the AR-15 22's and AK 22's. I want the real stuff not the kiddy rounds I shot in boy scouts. I'll pass on this garbage.

  • @saved03 turkey makes a 9mm mp5 carbine and pistol. however, the carbine only accepts 10round mags. there is mag dimples in there so you can't use hi cap mags.

  • Please ATI, No pot metal. For those prices you guys can mill some good aluminum. Please make the STG44 reliable and I'll buy it.

  • pot metal i'm guessing at that price point. looks very promising

  • all i have to say is omg omg omg omg omg i want

  • ww2 guns rock!

  • What are these guns made out of? Cast/milled aluminium, stamped steel, milled steel, plastic?

  • @Panzerzimmerpflanze I think they maybe built just like the GSG 5's

  • I would love to have the ability to get my hands on WW2 era weapons that you don't pay a arm and a leg for.I don't want the Stg44 in the original caliber (hard to find, expensive and corroded), 7.62x39mm or 5.56mm would kick butt.

  • @mrtlsimon Yes, GSG is doing a great job! And there's noone to sue them for copying!

  • Comment removed

  • @mrtlsimon You know there's at least 2 companies reproducing these stgs in 7.92 kurz. Ones original German, the other is in Wisconsin somewhere. I might have it wrong though, maybe WI is the importer of the german gun itself...

Either way, I've never bought into gsgs little replicas.... It'd be different if they used similar actions of the arms they try to replicate, but AFAIK they are all the same generic .22 reciever, bolt, ect. in each of its guns. and airshit quality I heard.

  • @diescheize11 I met Brandon(the rep in the video) at a show in PA before I saw this video, I would have asked about these weapons if I had known they were making them. The .22 1911s that I handled looked/felt good, the replica rifles, I didn't care about them enough to pick them up. With the $500 price I am guessing the Stgs are centerfire rifles. I don't know why it is so difficult to make a firearm that is made of pressed steel and 400,000 were made in a wartorn country 70 years ago in 2 yrs.

  • @mrtlsimon No, the cases of those calibers are too long. .30 Carbine might be a plausible fit, but why not 7.92x33? Prvi Partizan of Serbia makes the ammo NEW and it is available on the US market. If only the ATF would let in the full caliber version, they could make more and we could see the price come down.

  • @792x33 They have them coming out this year and they are 22 long rifle. Sturmgewehre has a booth reveiw from the 2012 SHOT show. If they are manufactoring the weapon they can make it in any caliber or multiple calibers. 22 LR is fine for me because it would be a plinking rifle but an inexpensive centerfire round would work. 5.45x39 ,7.62x39 ,5.56 or the original caliber 7.92x33 but I think it would be too costly for plinking.

  • Sorry GSG too expensive. It would be worth it for 8mm Kurz though.

  • @762Fanatic2 PTR91inc imported a few PTR44's (repro in 8mm) they all sold out, guess how much? $4250...plus shipping! Also, can you imagine how much ammo would cost?

  • @shottimes it really begs the question, why is PTR not producing more if they sold out? Obviously there's demand, and $4,250 is sheer greed. I would buy one for $1500-3000 if they actually did it again. The cost to manufacture an STG when they obviously already have the equipment/CNC blueprints can only be as high as say, Auto Ordnance's milled tommy guns

  • I want BOTH. Please hurry up and get them here. Bitte Bitte Bitte!

  • 22 lr is a real caliber not a toy

  • is this airsoft or real?

  • @ilovemusic7777777, yup real rifle, not the original caliber but in 22lr rimfire.

  • @shottimes SWEET!

  • @ilovemusic7777777 Does .22 LR sound like airsoft? GTFO
