The storm 2 might have a descent or slow browser, but Blackberry is coming out with the new Webkit Browser which is the same browser the Droid has. So the Blackberry will be as fast as the Droid's browser!!

in my opinion motorola droid beat he eris and the storm 2 in my opinion the motorola droid beat iphone 3gs and i think the incredible is just amazing. i think android in a couple years will dominate thephone market. whats your opinion on that?

better phone than the Storm2. Performance-wise

the phones are fairly similar, but I think the Eris offers

better features.

There are two types of data plans ($29.99 & $49.99). Most users go for the $29.99 data plan. I've had the $29.99 data plan for a long time and I've never run into any data limits or restrictions.The $44.99 data plan is required if you want your phone to have support for a corporate e-mail account.

The Storm 2 definitely has the longer lasting battery. The Droid Eris' battery isn't bad, but if you use it regularly you'll need to charge it daily. You can get away with every other day on the Storm 2.

Personally, I would go with the Eris. The OS is banging, it's fully customizeable, and the web browser is nice. The Storm2 is a solid phone, but if you hate the Curve, I doubt the Storm2 would really impress you that much.

i have the Storm 2, the only one lacks are that the browser is too slow, (infact i installed Opera Mini), and it doesn' t support flash for internet. Will be there in the future this possibility?
